🙋♂️Who am I?
My name is Milos Petrovic. I'm originally from Serbia.
With over 5 years of experience in Digital Marketing and
Corporate Communication, I specialize in digital content
management and marketing strategy. My strong background in
content quality assurance allows me to lead cross functional
teams and effectively execute marketing campaigns that drive
digital transformation for global brands.
With a background in marketing technology, campaign
management, and deep insights into behavioral science, I thrive
at the intersection of creativity and technology.
Passionate about MarTech, CRM, and data driven marketing, I
help brands optimize customer journeys, personalize
engagement, and automate workflows for maximum impact
💡What drove me to become an expert in AEM?
Well, Cheil Centrade is my first company where I got introduced to AEM, so that was my first contact with making static template pages using various kinds of components that developers made for us.
Webpages creation and modification for Samsung
worldwide including 72 countries, based on provided assets
and guidelines in Adobe Experience Manager.
For Cheil Centrade, I was last seen as Coordinator of 10 employees for North and Latino America. I'm living in Belgrade right now.
I originally started in a role of Web Publisher (Content Manager) and was introduced to AEM & JIRA.
During the 2022, I was Temporary Quality Assurance Analyst from June to February and delegated to the role of Coordinator.
And yeah, it was my first let's say management coordinator role.
📈Step Up:
After 1 year, Cheil gave me a chance to train new employees by forming a new North and Latino America (NALA) Team.
- Covering PDP registrations
- Making static pages from given assets
- Basically, all needed information for making pages upon client request
- Covering usual obstacles when people start working with AEM
🏅Achievements:
- Created training materials and operating manuals
- Built positive relationships by coaching, mentoring,
providing feedbacks and training new and existing team
members while keeping management informed. - Generated new strategies and plans for improving
quality of the processes. - Achieved 98% cleared rate on daily basis, for 3000
reviewed Web pages, using different extensions which
did improve management and tempo of production
time. - KPI 4.87 of 5.00
- Guiding clients on managing their website content effectively.
- Direct communication with clients, PMs and QA testers.
- Generated new strategies and plans for improving quality of the processes.
- Attended and participated in design, defect, and deployment meeting to ensure application functions
and guidelines are observed. - Mentored and trained new hires / team members on new processes and enhancements
- Interviewing, testing, training new candidates
📌What I got from it?
And I kind of liked it because it was easy, it was nice to work with, so I kind of stuck with it.
Most of my time, I was creating and editing webpages for Samsung worldwide based on provided assets and guidelines in Adobe Experience Manager.
🌍Opportunity given based on content expertise:
After 1 year, I got an opportunity to work at the Global Team, so I left the Africa Team and started working on:
- Static, App, and Explore pages
- Hot Fixes and Epic tasks
- Requested changes for 72 countries
Which qualified me for a part-time project of QAA for 6 months (from June to February) where I:
- Analyzed and researched performance trends to identify training opportunities and process improvements
- Verified assets provided by the client for various markets of the world
- Provided feedback for an international team and reported to managers
- Covered Coordinator duties when projects required so
When the project was finished, I was delegated to be Coordinator of 11 employees for North and Latino America—where I escalated my knowledge and enhanced leadership skills.
❓Why I left the company?
I found myself to be in standstill between roles for which my position was undefined.
Working for more than 2 years in Cheil on 3 roles gave me the opportunity to gain a broader view of the client's business and technological background:
- Covering from production and analyzing webpages
- Coordinating the team and delegating tasks
- Cooperating closely with PMs and offering technical support
- Training new employees in both content editing and quality assurance roles

Milos has shown exceptional commitment and adaptability since joining the team. He took on the role of buddy for team member, providing her with guidance and support that enabled her to integrate swiftly and confidently into both the team and the company environment.
Known for being communicative and open-minded, Milos offers help wherever possible and demonstrates a clear drive to contribute meaningfully across projects. He quickly adapted to Merkle’s processes and standards, mastering all relevant tools and using them efficiently. During his probation period, he exhibited proactive behavior, assisting new joiners and easing their onboarding process particularly in helping team member navigate Merkle’s ecosystem of tools and procedures.
On the Beam Suntory project, Milos was onboarded rapidly and began contributing immediately. His colleagues consistently highlight his eagerness to learn, willingness to share knowledge, and his thoughtful problem-solving abilities. They also commend his foresight and initiative in identifying potential issues before they escalate.
In addition to technical training,
Milos successfully completed the HubSpot Onboarding and Certification and has attended all Methodical Trainings. During in-person coaching sessions in Belgrade, he effectively demonstrated his understanding of group collaboration tools such as the Six Thinking Hats methodology and feedback techniques.
Proactively pursuing personal growth, he enrolled in Speex Business English classes after passing the qualification exam. His improvement in communication has been notable and positively impacts his work.
Milos attended an internal soft skills workshop on Negotiation and, alongside team member presented its key takeaways in a clear, structured, and impactful way during the company Monthly session.
His ECU milestones have remained consistently on track since May.

Highlights
Milos played a key role in the AFC cost estimation for a website audit, delivering high-quality work. He was also a member of the IQVIA task force, where he passed the certification an important prerequisite for an upcoming major client pitch.
At the same time, certain challenges emerged in communication and efficiency on projects like Siemens and Schott, which affected team satisfaction. Acknowledging this, Milos has been actively working on improving these aspects. Through feedback, support, and coaching, progress continues as part of his commitment to personal and professional growth.
